Inspection
We look over pumps and gearboxes to spot wear, leaks, and early warning signs before a small issue becomes a big repair. We use the same methods you’ll find in our Industrial Site Inspection service.
Repair
When something’s not right, we fix it at the source. No patch jobs—real repairs that last.
Bearing Replacement
Bearings are tricky. If you don’t get them right, you’ll be doing it all over again soon. We use specialized induction heating and hydraulic tools to swap them properly, just like we do throughout our bearing work.
Seal Replacement
Leaking oil means trouble. We keep genuine seals in stock and fit the right ones, protecting your gearbox and pump from further damage.
Shaft Alignment
Misaligned shafts are a silent killer. We use laser alignment to get the connections just right, whether it's pump-to-motor or gearbox-to-driven equipment.
Recommissioning
Once repairs are done, we don’t just walk away. We’ll start things up, make sure everything runs as it should, and only then sign it back to you.
