MCB is not liable for any damage, or loss of data or programs, incurred directly or indirectly through the use of those links.
5. Accounts and passwords
MCB provides some Authorized Users with a login and password for the Site. If you hold one, you are responsible for keeping it confidential and for the activity on your account at all times. Notify MCB immediately if a security breach occurs.
6. Privacy
Use of this Site is subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability of the Site
MCB reserves the sole right to amend, update, or discontinue the Materials, or access to this Site, at any time and without notice. MCB is not liable for any damage arising incidentally, directly, or indirectly from those actions.
8. Pricing, delivery, and shipping
MCB offers technical service distribution and product sales within its territories.
Pricing, purchases, and payments are not currently handled on this Site. Please do not provide your credit card or any other financial details here. Should this change without prior notice, the accepted credit cards will be listed on this page.
Products and services reach the Authorized User by land, sea, or air, through a courier, a preferred shipping agency, or a transportation company. The following is disclosed to the cardholder at check-out:
that an order may be sent as multiple shipments;
that multiple shipments may result in multiple entries on the Authorized User’s monthly billing statement.
Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Site is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any amount refunded against a purchase on this website is returned through the original method of payment.
Once MCB has reviewed the case, a cancellation or replacement is allowed where:
the wrong product was delivered;
the product is defective;
the product was damaged during shipment;
the product was not delivered on time.
